better days ahead
I had fever early morning and my temperature was a freaking 38.5*C!!! But i still decided to fast aniwaez. Oh ya..look outside your windows now, the haze has cleared. It was at a whopping 150 yest midnight and came down to a low 57 today morning at 7am. But the sources say that the haze would take much longer time to subside and this low PSI is only temporary.

haze, haze,go away...
No. Seriously, the haze has like become unexplainably, horribly bad. I mean look outside your window. Every view from your house looks like it is covered by some thick fog used by many hollywood movies to create the spooky, eerie effect in ghost movies. I dunno abt ur case , but mine has horrified. I came back from mosque today(due to the extreme complusion, thanx to khamz, but thanx aniwaez coz it was good) and my goodness , I thought my eyesight had deterioated. I like kept cleansing it until I realized it was actually the haze and not my eyesight (its bad though). It was all smoky and hazy that I had to cover my eyes and walk back home. My eyes started to tear as the haze became much more apparent each step I took back home. The PSI rating at 4pm today was the worst for this whole year EVER!!! And I can definately see that, no, smell that too. I jus hope that someone can use an extremely large vacuum cleaner and suck out this filthy air which is parading out in the skies of our neighbourhoods nowadays.

Haven been updating mainly because I'm just so tired the past few days going out to various places. These two days I have been going to many places to buy clothes for the upcoming Hari Raya and also coz my schools starting soon, I need to update my wadrobe collection. Just too tired to exercise also. Sighz. And schools starting in like 10 days!!!! 6 weeks passed so fast man. Bleah. NVM.It was an awesome experience no matter what. Certainly an eyeopener. Oh ya, I suddenly wished that this was the first day of fasting coz Ive not been fully utilizing this month of Ramadan. Feeling guilty. But still got 17 days more, so hopefully can do smth abt it.

All becoz of....
I tell ya, this year geylang serai baazars did expand to an extent but sumehow the crowds in geylang expanded even more tremedously compared to the baazars. All the pushing and huffing around the bazaars were like going through obstacle course. On saturday, Jeya and I met after a long time to go jalan jalan around geylang. Goodness , we got the scare of our lives when we saw the crowd jus when we got down from the station. HUGE CROWDS I tell ya!!!! Mats, minahs , mothers, fathers, indian muslims, families, friends, couples. PHEW. You name it, geylang has got it. It was jus packed man. Packed like sardines into a can. Every now and then, the crowd will jus stop coz its jus too crowded to move in such a narrow place. There were jibbas, foods, tonnes n tonnes of Ramli burgers, baju kurungs, punjabi suits, chappals and so much more. I went there mainly to buy a pair of chappals( is tat how u spell it ?), the tradional malay slippers, to match my baju kurung and my god it was difficult. Every shop they sell it, it was like expensive. $25 bucks for a stupid pair of chappals!!! My god, ur kidding man. No seriously. This chappals won't even last two months and they cost like so much. Furthermore, its like jus for this one day, not really worth it. Also, if you come like normal times, it only cost around, say 10 bucks perhaps? People there are really really ripping you off your money. After an hour of searching through like gazillion chappal shops, I came across this one petite shop which like many of the shops sold the SAME BLOODY SLIPPERS!!! I was like, fine, jus ask the price and leave coz its definatley gonna be expensive. Then my eyes spotted this Indian typa of shoes which you wear for jibbas n all. I asked the price and was shocked when he said $22. I asked him to reduce the price saying im a poor student and gave the all known sympathetic face. He immedietly agreed and finalized on $19! Yay!. Once i bought it, we quickly left geylang and went to Tekka.
Waah tekka was bad man.No. Seriously, seriously bad. There was hardly any crowds at all. Complete contrast to geylang. And worst of all, there were only like two baazars which was like extremely tiny compared to that of the geylang. To top it off, there were hardly any food shops in the baazars at all. What a waste! i tought they would sell vadais and all but...sigh.wasted. Should have bought the ramli burger in geylang. But there was one good thing that happened and that was tat i saw the SAME typical malayish CHAPPALS in tekka and they were going for $10 bucks. Thank god i wasn't ripped off.

Arghness.
The thing is, I was supposed to enrol in a IS module, actually 2 IS modules today. Oh btw for people who have no idea what this IS thingy is all about, they jus some extra modules to take for further enrichment. Not really relevant to your course. So my enrolling time was like frm 2 to 3.30pm. And guess what happened!! I overslept!! Argh. I woke up at like 2.30 and started panicking my way through all the process to get enrolled. First time I tried. Failed. Hmm..nvm..So I tried for a second time. Failed. NVM. But after the 8th time, I jus gave up. I kept asking ard ppl in msn what happened.Nobody knew why. Then I realized this is the punishment I get for not praying.While scolding myself for being so ignorant of prayers, I saw this stupid bloody msg. Blah. All my panicking n scolding jus wasted. Especially during this fasting when I'm already so tired.Argh.
And the person in charge called at 4 to tell the server was down.ARGH!
